• Airport pick-up and drop are not available. Transport facilities are only available at any point in Dubai and have to be confirmed at the time of booking. The time is intimated before the scheduled pickup way in advance. Depending on traffic conditions pick up and drop may vary slightly but we try our best to stick to the stipulated time. Both shared as well as private vehicles are available
• Departure Time is 4:00 to 4:30 AM
• Return Time is 8:00 to 8:30 AM
• Pregnant women are generally advised not to take the tour as it includes dune bashing and undulating and rough patches sometimes which may be risky
• Light clothing is advised however mornings can get a little chilly and a light stole is recommended
• Cameras are a must-have to capture the rosy hues of the majestic sunrise as well as the desert terrain
• Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen are advised as temperatures may start soaring high while returning
• Start time is generally around 4:30 in the morning to get the earliest experience of the sunrise
• The duration of the safari is about 4 hours approximately
• An English-speaking tour guide will help you around. He will always be willing to address your queries and needs and try to make your experience even more enriching giving you occasional anecdotes about the place throughout the tour.

• 100% cancellation charges are applicable when canceled within 48 hours of the trip.
• Expect to get the refund within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join for free.
• Children aged between 3-10 years are charged child rates.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
